弧齒型接鏈環(huán)用來連接垂直面或水平面的礦用圓環(huán)鏈，而且還能用在刮板輸送機和刨煤機上。
特殊材料的選擇和較小的公差保證了弧齒型接鏈環(huán)不但便于安裝，而且性能優(yōu)于DIN標準的鏈環(huán)。
采用帕森斯技術，機械性能符合DIN22258第2部分要求。
弧齒型接鏈環(huán)垂直安裝使用時，一定要注意裝配方向，保證上方箭頭與傳動方向一致
Bi-Lock Connectors (for vertical and horizontal use, horizontal link connector is preference)
Bi-LOCK connectors have been specifically designed to join together round link mining chains in either the horizontal or vertical plane ,allowing the connectors to be used in both AFC and plough haulage system applications .
Special material selection combined with close tolerance machining ensures the connector is easily assembled and has a strength greater than the minimum requirements of chain to DIN22252/2 of a comparable size.
Adopting Parsons Chain Technology, the mechanical properties meet the requirements of DIN22258 Part 2.
Please be aware of the fitting direction when assembling for vertical use,keep the top arrow direction same with the transmission direction

Assembly and Maintenance
An instruction leaflet is supplied with each BI-LOCK connector which gives guidance on correct assembly and maintenance.
● Ensure the mating surfaces and locking barrel are clean ● regularly check for wear or damage
and free from dust. ● Fully examine every 3 months or 1M tonnes
● Once half links and locking barrel are assembled insert locking pin conveyed whichever is the sooner
● Do not interchange components between connectors. （For BSL use, examine monthly）
