帕森斯（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責任公司成立于2004年11月18日，公司原名富凱(張家口)礦業(yè)設備有限公司，是英國富凱工程集團帕森斯公司和中國中煤張家口煤礦機械有限責任公司共同投資建立的中外合資有限公司。2008年4月，波蘭國潤資本集團有限公司于2008年4月收購了英國FKI工程集團公司帕森斯公司在我公司的股份，同中方股東決定擴大投資繼續(xù)經(jīng)營并獲得了政府相關(guān)部門的批準。相應地，公司名稱變更為國潤（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責任公司，注冊資本增加至353萬美元，增加投資后，公司決定新建生產(chǎn)接鏈環(huán)生產(chǎn)基地，擴大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模，以滿足市場日益增長的需求。2012年新廠區(qū)建成，占地40畝，年生產(chǎn)接鏈環(huán)可達50000件。

2017年4月，經(jīng)董事會批準，中煤張家口煤礦機械有限責任公司全額收購外資股份，目前公司為中煤張家口煤礦機械有限責任公司全資子公司。國潤（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責任公司更名為帕森斯（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責任公司。 公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品為鏈鎖式、V鎖式、弧齒式、T齒式等各種形式、各種規(guī)格的礦用接鏈環(huán)，主要用于煤礦井下刮板輸送機鏈條的連接，其中鏈鎖式和V型鎖式接鏈環(huán)，專門與D級圓環(huán)鏈配套，是重要的傳動部件。公司所有接鏈環(huán)均為毛坯為精密鍛件，從英國進口，加工和熱處理在我公司完成，生產(chǎn)工藝完全按照帕森斯公司原工藝執(zhí)行。加工設備均為數(shù)控加工中心，熱處理設備為易普森可控氣氛多用爐。目前，產(chǎn)品遍及國內(nèi)各大煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，并有部分出口到國外。

Our company which is formerly known as FKI (Zhangjiakou) Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., was established as the joint venture between Britain FKI Parsons Company and China Coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co. Ltd, in November 2004. The company mainly supplies industrial conveying accessaries and components and provides design, production, sales 

In April 2008, with the approval of the board meeting, the joint venture has had its Parsons’ equities transferred and purchased by Poland Gwarant Capital Group, which agreed to expand its investment along with the Chinese shareholders. Meanwhile, FKI (Zhangjiakou) Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. Changed into Gwarant (Zhangjiakou) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (GIT) with the registered capital up to 3.53 million U.S. dollars.  The new production plant which covers an area of 24946m2 has been built up in 2012 after the investment has been increased and the production can reach 50000 pieces one year. Meanwhile GIT increase the product range and expand the production capacity for meeting the growing demand of the market.

In April 2017, with the approval of the board meeting, the joint venture had been purchased by China Coal (Zhangjiakou) Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd and became the wholly-owned subsidiary.

The major products in the company are the series of chain locks 、 vertical locks、arc-tooth connectors and T-tooth connectors, which equipped to connect the conveying chain of underground coal mining AFC conveyor. It can be matched with round link by G10 grade, and function as the key components in transmitting system. Products come out of the imported precise forgings, designs by Parsons Chain Company UK, which then machined and heat-treated in our company by means of CNC machine and Epson air-controlled furnace.
