GYG-1型液壓切割鋸專門為 煤礦企業生產現場設計和制造的。其主要功能是為了鋸斷各種規格的圓環鏈鏈條及鏈環，還可鋸斷多種管材和型鋼等。工作介質為乳化液。

GYG-1 hydraulic link saw is an on-site maching which tailor-designed and manufactured for coal mining enterprise .It works as sawing equipment for cutting round link chain or chain link in various diameters.It slao can service as tubesteel and profile section steel saw.The work fluid is emulsified liquid.

液壓鋸主要有液壓馬達、附屬夾緊裝置及鋸身組成，其主要特點是：

1、液壓鋸重量輕，攜帶方便；

2、操作簡單，工作過程安全可靠；

3、工作效率高，有效的降低了勞動強度；

4、工作介質為乳化液

操作方法：

1、將液壓工作站進油管接入液壓鋸圖示的進油口（標有P字樣的進油口），將回油管接入標記（O）的回油口。

2、將附屬夾緊裝置與需要鋸斷鏈條側面的平環捆綁結實，調整好位置，使液壓鋸垂直置于需要鋸斷鏈環的位置。

3、調整鋸條拉緊手環，使鋸條處于松緊合適的狀態。

4、開啟液壓泵，液壓鋸開始切割，操作人員緩慢均勻地進行切割，直到鏈環被鋸斷。

Work Instruction

1、Connect inlet oil hose to the intake of the hydraulic link saw as show in the graphic pictures(Marked P inlet),then connect return oil hose to the outlet of the hydraulic link saw.(Marked O outlet)

2、Fasten the horizontal link of the chain with ancillary lock device against the brand areas.Adjust the position of the saw blade and make it face the vertival link that to be sawn in the right angle.

3、Adjust the tensioning lever and set the saw blade in an effective working position.

4、Start the oil pump and hydraulic saw and have it worked gradually till the link was sawn off.

注意事項：

1、液壓鋸不適于快速運動，可以通過調整手柄傍邊的溢流閥進行適當的速度控制。

2、工作時需要對鋸條進行水冷卻。

Note:

1、The hydraulic saw is not suitable of fast moving .The speed can be adjusted by the relief value installed by the operation lever.

2、It is necessary for the saw blade to have cooling treatment while working.
