我公司生產(chǎn)的液壓切鏈器消化和吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)，轉(zhuǎn)為切斷各種圓環(huán)鏈條的鏈環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)和制造。剪切鏈條直徑從∅22到∅48。其主要結(jié)構(gòu)由液壓切斷器、手動(dòng)油泵（液壓泵站）、換向增壓器和高壓油管組成，工作介質(zhì)為液壓油或乳化液。按工作介質(zhì)不同，可分為I型液壓切鏈器和II型液壓切鏈器。

Hydraulic chain cutter designed  is manufactured by GIT was deployed to cut the chain in 22-48mm.It invloved the up to date technology home and abroad and classified into two types (Type 1 and Type 11)accroding to the work fluid .The whole set is an assembly of hydraulic chain cutter,hand oil pump (oil pump station),reversing supercharger and high pressure oil hose with the work fluid either hydraulic press oil or emulsifiec mixture.

切鏈器技術(shù)參數(shù)

II型切鏈器由液壓切斷器、液壓泵站、換向增壓器和高壓管路組成。

The whole set comprise hydraulic chain cutter,electric-oil pump,reversing supercharger and high pressure oil hose.

操作方法：

1、井下液壓泵站直接提供動(dòng)力，將液壓泵站和增壓器、液壓切斷器用高壓管連接好，啟動(dòng)泵站，人工操縱增壓器轉(zhuǎn)向手柄，直到將鏈環(huán)切斷。

2、將增壓器上的手動(dòng)泄壓閥打開，彈簧裝置使液壓缸回復(fù)原位，準(zhǔn)備下一次切割。

Operation Instruction:

1.Underground oil pump directly offer power,then connect the oil pump,reversing supercharger and hydraulic chain cutter with high pressure oil hose.Start the oil pump ,move the lever of hydraulic directional control value of the supercharger until the chain is cut.

2.Move the lever of hydraulic dirctional control value back to the discharge position,the spring the device will make the hydraulic cylinder return to its original position and repeat for next operation.

注意事項(xiàng)：

1、使用前，需檢查刀頭固定情況，是否有算壞；

2、高壓膠管端頭和管接頭必須保持清潔，各密封件必須完好；

3、使用潤(rùn)滑脂對(duì)切斷刃進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑，并除去鏈環(huán)表面污物，垂直放置在切斷刃中央；

4、切記用重物敲擊刀刃外漏部分；

5、保證實(shí)際工作壓力不超過額定壓力。

1、Check if the cutting head fitted well or any broken parts appears before operation.

2、The hose socket and adaptor should be clean.The seal parts should be in good condition.

3、Grease and lubricate the cutting edge,clean off the dirt in the surface of the link ,then posite the link agasint the both end of the cutter in right angle .

4、Do not knock the edges of the cutter with heavy items.

5、Make sure the actual working pressure not excess rated pressure.
